Skl\u00e1dala se z UF a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 RO. UF se skl\u00e1dala z 5 souprav s 32 moduly v ka\u017ed\u00e9 souprav\u011b. Zdrojem vstupn\u00ed vody byla pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 odpadn\u00ed voda.<\/p>\n<p>Po n\u011bkolika letech provozu vykazovala UF v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eenou provozn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost. Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk se pokusil obnovit propustnost opakovan\u00fdm \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm pomoc\u00ed generick\u00fdch \u010distic\u00edch chemik\u00e1li\u00ed, ale kdy\u017e se to nepoda\u0159ilo, rozhodl se vym\u011bnit membr\u00e1nov\u00e9 moduly ve dvou souprav\u00e1ch. B\u011bhem t\u00e9to doby spole\u010dnost Kurita doporu\u010dila prov\u00e9st pitvu membr\u00e1n, aby se zjistilo, zda je mo\u017en\u00e9 zachr\u00e1nit zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed moduly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00edle<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifikovat hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu poklesu v\u00fdkonnosti UF membr\u00e1n prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm podrobn\u00e9ho auditu syst\u00e9mu a pitvy membr\u00e1n.<\/li>\n<li>Ur\u010dete nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010distic\u00ed chemii pro odstran\u011bn\u00ed siln\u00e9ho zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u017eelezem a obnoven\u00ed propustnosti membr\u00e1ny.<\/li>\n<li>Vyvinout a zav\u00e9st zdokonalen\u00fd postup \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00fd obnov\u00ed dlouhodobou \u00fa\u010dinnost syst\u00e9mu UF.<\/li>\n<li>Zvy\u0161te provozn\u00ed v\u00fdkonnost a z\u00e1rove\u0148 sni\u017ete n\u00e1klady na v\u00fdm\u011bnu membr\u00e1n a dopad na \u017eivotn\u00ed
