Navzdory pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9mu pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed obou biocid\u016f se v rafin\u00e9rii st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji objevovaly mikrobiologick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, v\u010detn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9ho celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu bakteri\u00ed a v\u00fdznamn\u00e9ho p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed limit\u016f pro bakterie Legionella.<\/p><p>Ve stejn\u00e9m obdob\u00ed za\u010daly syst\u00e9my chladic\u00ed vody podl\u00e9hat nov\u011b zaveden\u00e9 42. spolkov\u00e9 vyhl\u00e1\u0161ce o kontrole imis\u00ed (42.BlmSchV), \u010d\u00edm\u017e se zv\u00fd\u0161il regula\u010dn\u00ed tlak na kontrolu bakterie Legionella. Byly proto vyhodnoceny a po del\u0161\u00ed dobu testov\u00e1ny dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupy k o\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed, mikrobiologick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my v\u0161ak p\u0159etrv\u00e1valy. Syst\u00e9m se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze dvou paraleln\u00edch chladic\u00edch v\u011b\u017e\u00ed (CT11-1 a CT11-2), kter\u00e9 jsou provozov\u00e1ny jako recirkula\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9m chladic\u00ed vody v podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9ho provozu.<\/p><p>Chladic\u00ed v\u011b\u017e je navr\u017eena pro celoro\u010dn\u00ed provoz se stabiln\u00edm tepeln\u00fdm v\u00fdkonem a je z\u00e1sobov\u00e1na dopl\u0148ovac\u00ed vodou pro vyrovn\u00e1n\u00ed odparu a vyfukov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p><p>Syst\u00e9m je provozov\u00e1n s vyu\u017eit\u00edm koncepce pln\u011b organick\u00e9 \u00fapravy vody a za podm\u00ednek, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed mikrobiologick\u00fd r\u016fst, jako je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 provozn\u00ed teplota, nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e1 cirkulace a organick\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed.<\/p><p>Vzhledem k t\u011bmto okrajov\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m p\u0159edstavuje chladic\u00ed v\u011b\u017e 11 mikrobiologicky n\u00e1ro\u010dnou aplikaci, kter\u00e1 vy\u017eaduje robustn\u00ed a spolehliv\u00e9 biocidn\u00ed o\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9 kontroly tvorby biofilmu a bakterie Po t\u00e9to p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9 f\u00e1zi bylo st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed biocidn\u00ed o\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed ukon\u010deno a syst\u00e9m byl pln\u011b p\u0159eveden na syst\u00e9m Dilurit.<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> BC S-System.<\/p><p>Koncepce d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed byla navr\u017eena tak, aby kontrolovala jak planktonn\u00ed mikroorganismy, tak usazen\u00e9 biofilmy. Tyto \u0161pi\u010dky nazna\u010dovaly nestabiln\u00ed mikrobiologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky a nedostate\u010dnou dlouhodobou kontrolu.<\/p><p>Po zaveden\u00ed syst\u00e9mu Dilurit<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> BC S-System se celkov\u00fd po\u010det bakteri\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eil a stabilizoval se p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b pod 1 \u00d7 10\u2075 CFU\/ml, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e doch\u00e1zelo pouze ke kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9mu, omezen\u00e9mu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed.
