Die wichtigsten Beispiele sind Wasser, Sonne, Erdw\u00e4rme, Wind und Biokraftstoffe. Diese Energiequellen waren den meisten Menschen relativ unbekannt. In den letzten Jahrzehnten wurde ihre Anwendung immer wieder im Kampf gegen den Klimawandel vorangetrieben.\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Klimawandel<\/span>. Im Einklang mit unserer Rolle in der EU streben wir danach, bis 2050 der erste klimaneutrale Kontinent zu sein! Dies ist zweifellos ein anspruchsvolles Ziel. Um es zu erreichen, m\u00fcssen die Gesellschaften Industrien schaffen, die weniger emittieren, und \u00d6kosysteme\/Technologien einf\u00fchren, die mehr absorbieren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p><p>Ein massiver Beitrag zum Klimawandel ist die Emission von Treibhausgasen (THG). Etwa ein Viertel davon entf\u00e4llt auf den Verkehr (Stra\u00dfen- und Luftverkehr), der in hohem Ma\u00dfe von fossilen Brennstoffen abh\u00e4ngig ist. Der EU-Verkehrssektor muss seine Emissionen erheblich reduzieren, um Kohlenstoffneutralit\u00e4t zu erreichen. Dies kann nur durch den Aufbau einer nachhaltigen Industrie erreicht werden, die sauberere Kraftstoffe und Mobilit\u00e4tsoptionen ber\u00fccksichtigt. In der Regel werden Oxalate und Phosphate auf den Oberfl\u00e4chen beobachtet, die die W\u00e4rme\u00fcbertragung und die Produktionseffizienz verringern. Dank der ProHib-Produktreihe k\u00f6nnen wir die Anlagen auf ihre maximale Effizienz bringen, indem wir die Kesselsteinbildung eind\u00e4mmen. Die ProHib-Produktfamilie setzt sich aus mehreren Produkten zusammen. Die Auswahl des richtigen ProHib-Produkts erfolgt nach der vollst\u00e4ndigen Untersuchung der Ablagerungsanalysen in unserem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kurita.eu\/de\/ketc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Forschungszentrum in Viersen<\/a>.<\/p><p>Um das Beispiel zu verdeutlichen, wollen wir uns auf den Einsatz von ProHib 150 in einer Fallstudie beziehen. Die W\u00e4rme\u00fcbertragungsfl\u00e4chen der Verdampfer wurden wieder in einen optimalen Zustand versetzt, und die Anlage erzielte eine j\u00e4hrliche Kosteneinsparung von 114.000 \u20ac. ProHib 150 verringerte die Anzahl der CIP-Ereignisse f\u00fcr Verdampfer pro Jahr, wodurch die hohen Ausgaben f\u00fcr CIP-Chemikalien erheblich reduziert wurden. Dadurch sank der S\u00e4ure- und Laugenverbrauch, was sich positiv auf die Wasserbilanz der Anlage auswirkte. Durch die Verringerung des S\u00e4ureverbrauchs konnte auch die Restsulfatkonzentration im Nebenprodukt gesenkt werden, wodurch sich die Qualit\u00e4t des Nebenprodukts verbesserte. Der gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Betrieb der Verdampfer f\u00fchrte zu einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen und besser vorhersehbaren \u00d6lproduktion, was sich positiv auf das Ergebnis der Anlage auswirkte.<\/p><p>Zusammenfassend l\u00e4sst sich sagen, dass Bioethanol zu Netto-Null-Emissionen beitr\u00e4gt und die Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von fossilen Brennstoffen minimiert.
