Die Herstellung dieser G\u00fcter erfordert Energie und belastet die Umwelt. Bis vor einigen Jahren wurden oft keine gro\u00dfen Anstrengungen zur Verringerung der Emissionen unternommen, weil die Energiekosten f\u00fcr Strom oder Gas niedrig waren.<\/p><p>Diese Situation hat sich inzwischen weltweit grundlegend ge\u00e4ndert und die produzierenden Unternehmen suchen nach Wegen und L\u00f6sungen, um den Energiebedarf bei der Produktion so gering wie m\u00f6glich zu halten. Nicht immer lassen sich die Ablagerungen schnell entfernen, was teilweise umfangreiche Reinigungsma\u00dfnahmen erfordert.<\/p><p>Es gibt viele Arten von Ablagerungen, die ungewollt die Produktionsleistung beeintr\u00e4chtigen. H\u00e4ufige Ursachen sind zum Beispiel:<\/p><ul><li>Ablagerungen von Korrosionsprodukten<\/li><li>Agglomeration von kohlenwasserstoffhaltigen Verbindungen<\/li><li>Salzablagerungen, die selbst mit Waschwasser schwer zu entfernen sind<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p>Verschmutzungen k\u00f6nnen oft verhindert oder zumindest erheblich reduziert werden, indem man ein geeignetes <strong>Antifouling-Programm<\/strong>. B. Salzs\u00e4ure) oder ihre Ammoniumsalze die Metalloberfl\u00e4che von Destillationsger\u00e4ten angreifen.\u00a0<\/p><p>ACF-Additive enthalten eine sehr starke organische Base, die sofort mit den S\u00e4uren reagiert und ein fl\u00fcssiges ACF-Salz bildet, das weitere Korrosion verhindert. Bereits gebildete und abgelagerte Ammoniumsalze, die in vielen \u00d6lraffinerien zu beobachten sind, werden aufgel\u00f6st und mit dem Produktstrom entfernt, indem sie fl\u00fcssige ACF-Salze bilden.<\/p><p>Im Vergleich zu starken S\u00e4uren und ihren Ammoniumsalzen haben ACF-Salze einen neutralen pH-Wert und ein sehr geringes Korrosionspotenzial.
