Die Anlage bestand aus einer UF, gefolgt von einer RO. Die UF-Anlage bestand aus 5 Str\u00e4ngen mit jeweils 32 Modulen pro Strang. Die Quelle des Speisewassers war industrielles Abwasser.<\/p>\n<p>Nach mehreren Betriebsjahren zeigte die UF eine deutlich verringerte Betriebseffizienz. Der Kunde versuchte, die Permeabilit\u00e4t durch wiederholte Reinigungen mit herk\u00f6mmlichen Reinigungschemikalien wiederherzustellen. Als dies jedoch nicht gelang, entschied er sich, die Membranmodule in zwei der Anlagen auszutauschen. Kurita empfahl daraufhin eine Autopsie der Membranen, um festzustellen, ob die verbleibenden Module gerettet werden konnten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zielsetzungen<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifizierung der Grundursache f\u00fcr den Leistungsabfall der UF-Membranen durch ein detailliertes Systemaudit und eine Autopsie der Membranen.<\/li>\n<li>Bestimmung der effektivsten Reinigungschemie zur Entfernung starker Eisenverschmutzung und Wiederherstellung der Membrandurchl\u00e4ssigkeit.<\/li>\n<li>Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines verbesserten Reinigungsverfahrens, das die langfristige Effizienz des UF-Systems wiederherstellt.<\/li>\n<li>Verbessern Sie die Betriebsleistung und reduzieren Sie gleichzeitig die Kosten f\u00fcr den Austausch von Membranen und die
