Mit dem neuen Real Decreto 487\/2022 (BOE-A-2022-10297) aktualisiert Espa\u00f1a den bestehenden Rechtsrahmen vollst\u00e4ndig und hebt das fr\u00fchere RD 865\/2003 auf.<\/p><p>Este nuevo real decreto supone un cambio sustancial: ampl\u00eda de forma significative el n\u00famero de instalaciones afectadas y exige nuevos niveles de control, documentaci\u00f3n, formaci\u00f3n del personal y seguimiento continuo. In der Praxis bedeutet dies f\u00fcr die Unternehmen, dass sie ein viel proaktiveres und systematischeres Konzept f\u00fcr die Bew\u00e4ltigung des Legionellenrisikos annehmen m\u00fcssen, das sich an den Grunds\u00e4tzen der Risikobewertung und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung de\u00a0<em>Legionellen<\/em>)<\/strong>: Obligatorisches Dokument f\u00fcr die in den Anwendungsbereich des Real Decreto einbezogenen Anlagen.<\/li><li><strong>PSL (Plan de Sanitario frente a la\u00a0<em>Legionellen<\/em>)<\/strong>: Der umfangreichste und auf der Risikobewertung basierende Plan, der insbesondere f\u00fcr Geb\u00e4ude und Anlagen in Krisensituationen empfohlen wird.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element Berufliche Qualifikation in Bezug auf die Wartung von Anlagen, die f\u00fcr die Vermehrung von Legionellen und anderen Schadorganismen und deren Verbreitung durch Aerosolizierung anf\u00e4llig sind. Esta formaci\u00f3n es necesaria para personal propio o empresa de servicio a terceros que desempela su actividad en el programa de tratamiento.<\/li><li>Nivel 3. Spezielle Ausbildung zum technischen Verantwortlichen. Ausbildung, die f\u00fcr die Aus\u00fcbung der in Artikel 5 des Real Decreto, relativo en el PPCL\/PSL festgelegten T\u00e4tigkeiten erforderlich ist.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-b422bf5 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"b422bf5\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-6b47a3b\" data-id=\"6b47a3b\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b97dfe elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9b97dfe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Handlungen vor dem Vorhandensein von Legionellen<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae7d290 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ae7d290\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Das Real Decreto enth\u00e4lt neue Tabellen f\u00fcr die Erkennung von Legionellen im Wasser, die sich je nach Art der Anlage unterscheiden und neue Referenzwerte enthalten. verbessern.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
