We Are Kurita
I am Jannik, and I am 19 years old.
I completed my apprenticeship as a chemical technician at Kurita in February 2024. Through a well-planned departmental rotation, I gain insights into industrial production, analyse samples in the laboratory and get to know the processes in logistics.
Many chemical plants run around the clock. Chemical technicians therefore often work alternating shifts, including nights and weekends. To compensate for this work, there are shift and weekend bonuses as well as days off. In our company, trainees are allowed to work shifts from the 2nd year of their apprenticeship. I was fully integrated into the team from day one. I really like the fact that you’re given a lot of trust right from the start and can work independently.

Chemical Technician Trainee
I am Efe, and I am 20 years old.
I decided to train as a chemical technician because the profession is an exciting opportunity for anyone with an interest in science and technology. In addition to the chemical aspects, training to become a chemical technician includes many technical facets because, as a chemical technician, it is important to know and understand not only chemical processes but also plant components.
I came across Kurita through my family and friends, and their positive feedback convinced me.
The communication within Kurita makes me feel very comfortable. The variety of activities and the daily work routine convinced me because they cover a large part of my interests.
