For our new Research & Development Center KETC in Viersen we are looking for the following fulltime position
Chemical Laboratory Technician (m/f/d)
Short job description:
- Examination of water and solid samples according to the prescribed analytical methods (chromatography, spectroscopy, volumetry, photometry)
- Sample preparation and analytics (chemical, organic and inorganic analytics)
- Control and maintenance of analytical systems
- Participation in the validation of methods
- Maintenance and calibration of the test equipment used
- Application of quality assurance procedures
- Documentation and communication of analytical data
Experience required:
- Successfully completed education as chemical laboratory assistant or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the field of analytics
- Knowledge in the field of chromatographic analysis techniques e.g. HPLC, GPC, IC and GC would be an advantage
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures
- Good English and German skills are preferred
- Good MS Office skills
