Safety, quality and environment.
Satisfied customers, committed employees and respect for society and nature are the core values of our company. This is why we established an internal quality, environmental protection, safety and health management system at a very early stage. The conscientious and responsible action of each and every Kurita employee is guided by these values.
Naturally we follow internationally recognized standards and are subject to regular controls.
ISO 9001. Quality is no coincidence.
On the contrary, it is the result of a continuous improvement process. The ongoing review and optimization of our working processes, products and services are fixed elements of our quality management standards certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001.
ISO 14001. The environment concerns all of us.
Not only each individual, but especially commercial enterprises are responsible for the environment. Kurita takes this obligation very seriously, internally and externally. This means, that we do not only pay attention to environmentally responsible actions within our company, we also advise our clients to opt for environmentally friendly procedures and treatments. The consequent realization of our environmental policies is certified according to DIN EN ISO 14001.
ISO 45001 - systematic health and safety
REACH. More transparency – lower risks.
REACH is a regulation of the European Union, adopted to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by chemicals. REACH stands for "Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals".
Kurita fully supports the REACH objectives. We therefore actively promote the responsible handling of chemicals, the secure manufacturing of our products along the supply chain and safe usage by our customers.

The Biocidal Product Regulation (BPR, Regulation (EU) 528/2012) concerns the placing on the market and use of biocidal products, which are used to protect humans, animals, materials or articles against harmful organisms, like pests or bacteria, by the action of the active substances contained in the biocidal product.
Since September 1, 2015 ECHA publishes a list of companies that are legally allowed to supply Biocidal Active Substances in the EU (Art. 95 list). As of this date only Biocidal Products containing Biocidal Active Substances from those companies are allowed to be placed on the EU market.
Kurita Europe GmbH fully supports the objectives of BPR and has organized for an internal setup to ensure regulatory compliance for the Biocidal Active Substances which are present in our Biocidal Products.
Further information about the BPR can be found on the following websites:
