We are looking for the following fulltime position as mobile working
Short job description:
- Resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through SBO features and functionalities
- Supporting users and troubleshooting IT issues, regularly through our IT trouble Ticket system
- Promote effective communication of the information to facilitate mutual understanding between all related parties
- Ensure a high level of user satisfaction and understanding through manuals and regular trainings
- Tracking, forwarding, and properly escalating problems or unresolved queries to the correct resources
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions
Experience required:
- Demonstrated user experience in SBO environment
- English proficiency is essential
