La producci\u00f3n de estos bienes requiere energ\u00eda y contamina el medio ambiente. Hasta hace unos a\u00f1os, a menudo no se hac\u00edan grandes esfuerzos para reducir las emisiones porque los costes energ\u00e9ticos de la electricidad o el gas eran bajos.<\/p><p>En la actualidad, esta situaci\u00f3n ha cambiado radicalmente en todo el mundo y las empresas manufactureras buscan formas y soluciones para mantener lo m\u00e1s baja posible la demanda de energ\u00eda durante la producci\u00f3n. El t\u00e9rmino \"huella de carbono\" est\u00e1 en boca de todos y ha cobrado mucha importancia en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Los clientes preguntan por las emisiones de CO<sub>2<\/sub> de los bienes comerciales y las empresas de producci\u00f3n se eval\u00faan en consecuencia. Los dep\u00f3sitos no siempre pueden eliminarse r\u00e1pidamente, lo que a veces requiere medidas de limpieza exhaustivas.<\/p><p>Hay muchos tipos de dep\u00f3sitos que degradan involuntariamente el rendimiento de la producci\u00f3n. Las causas m\u00e1s comunes son, por ejemplo:<\/p><ul><li>Dep\u00f3sitos de productos de corrosi\u00f3n<\/li><li>Aglomeraci\u00f3n de compuestos que contienen hidrocarburos<\/li><li>Dep\u00f3sitos de sal dif\u00edciles de eliminar incluso con agua de lavado<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p>Las incrustaciones pueden evitarse o, al menos, reducirse significativamente seleccionando un material adecuado. <strong>programa antiincrustante<\/strong>. Las sales de amonio ya formadas y depositadas, que se observan en muchas refiner\u00edas de petr\u00f3leo, se disuelven y eliminan con la corriente de producto formando sales ACF l\u00edquidas.<\/p><p>En comparaci\u00f3n con los \u00e1cidos fuertes y sus sales de amonio, las sales de ACF tienen un valor de pH neutro y un potencial de corrosi\u00f3n muy bajo.
