Cette approche, recommand\u00e9e par un fournisseur pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, provoquait des pics importants de pH, ORP et FRC, augmentant le risque de corrosion du cuivre par les halog\u00e8nes et les sous-produits de l'hypochlorite. La gestion de volumes de produits chimiques aussi importants pr\u00e9sentait \u00e9galement des risques pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, une consommation excessive et des pr\u00e9occupations environnementales.<\/p><p>Malgr\u00e9 le dosage \u00e9lev\u00e9, la fr\u00e9quence et la m\u00e9thode \u00e9taient inefficaces pour maintenir un contr\u00f4le microbien \u00e0 long terme. La surchloration a cr\u00e9\u00e9 des d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres chimiques sans s'attaquer aux causes sous-jacentes, et l'absence d'un programme biocide optimis\u00e9 a rendu le syst\u00e8me vuln\u00e9rable \u00e0 une contamination r\u00e9currente et \u00e0 des inefficacit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles.<\/p><p>Kurita a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9 de r\u00e9\u00e9valuer le programme de traitement et de mettre en \u0153uvre des mesures proactives de contr\u00f4le microbien visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l'utilisation de produits chimiques, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9,
