Le produit lui-m\u00eame et tous les produits chimiques utilis\u00e9s au cours du processus de d\u00e9shydratation doivent \u00eatre conformes aux directives applicables, en Allemagne l'Ordonnance sur les engrais (D\u00fcMV). Dans ce contexte, la question des produits \u201cverts\u201d, respectueux de l'environnement, est de plus en plus souvent soulev\u00e9e.
