Malgr\u00e9 l'application continue des deux biocides, la raffinerie a connu de plus en plus de probl\u00e8mes microbiologiques, notamment des num\u00e9rations bact\u00e9riennes totales \u00e9lev\u00e9es et des d\u00e9passements significatifs des seuils de l\u00e9gionellose.<\/p><p>Au cours de la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, les syst\u00e8mes d'eau de refroidissement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en conformit\u00e9 avec la 42e ordonnance f\u00e9d\u00e9rale sur le contr\u00f4le des \u00e9missions (42.BlmSchV), nouvellement mise en \u0153uvre, ce qui a accru la pression r\u00e9glementaire en mati\u00e8re de contr\u00f4le des l\u00e9gionelles. D'autres m\u00e9thodes de traitement ont donc \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es et test\u00e9es sur de longues p\u00e9riodes, mais les probl\u00e8mes microbiologiques ont persist\u00e9. Le syst\u00e8me se compose de deux tours de refroidissement parall\u00e8les (CT11-1 et CT11-2) exploit\u00e9es en tant que syst\u00e8me de recirculation de l'eau de refroidissement dans des conditions de service continu.<\/p><p>La tour de refroidissement est con\u00e7ue pour fonctionner toute l'ann\u00e9e avec des performances thermiques stables et est aliment\u00e9e en eau d'appoint pour compenser l'\u00e9vaporation et la purge.<\/p><p>Le syst\u00e8me fonctionne selon un concept de traitement de l'eau enti\u00e8rement organique et dans des conditions qui favorisent la croissance microbiologique, telles que des temp\u00e9ratures de fonctionnement \u00e9lev\u00e9es, une circulation continue et une charge organique.<\/p><p>En raison de ces conditions limites, la tour de refroidissement 11 repr\u00e9sente une application microbiologiquement exigeante, n\u00e9cessitant un traitement biocide robuste et fiable pour assurer un contr\u00f4le \u00e0 long terme de la
