Ez a rendelet 2023. janu\u00e1r 2-\u00e1n l\u00e9p hat\u00e1lyba.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A 487\/2022. sz. kir\u00e1lyi rendelet \u00e9s a 865\/2003. sz. (r\u00e9gi) kir\u00e1lyi rendelet k\u00f6z\u00f6tti legfontosabb v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sok a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151k:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Az UNE 100030 szabv\u00e1nyon alapul.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>K\u00e9t lehet\u0151s\u00e9g k\u00f6z\u00fcl lehet v\u00e1lasztani: az UNE-szabv\u00e1ny alapj\u00e1n kidolgozott PPCL (Legionella-megel\u0151z\u00e9si \u00e9s -ellen\u0151rz\u00e9si terv) elk\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se, vagy a l\u00e9tes\u00edtm\u00e9ny k\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9nyeihez igaz\u00edtott PSL (Legionella elleni eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi terv) kidolgoz\u00e1sa, amely az \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9sen, a kock\u00e1zat\u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9sen \u2013 a WHO ir\u00e1nymutat\u00e1sai szerint \u2013 \u00e9s a folyamatos \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9sen alapul. Az \u00f6sszes int\u00e9zked\u00e9s nyilv\u00e1ntart\u00e1sa 5 \u00e9ven kereszt\u00fcl (hat\u00e1rid\u0151: egy \u00e9v).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>ENAC \u2013 ISO 17025 szerint akkredit\u00e1lt Legionella-vizsg\u00e1lat (\u00e9rv\u00e9nyess\u00e9gi id\u0151: 2 \u00e9v). A Legionella teny\u00e9szt\u00e9ssel t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 laborat\u00f3riumi vizsg\u00e1latait bizonyos k\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9nyek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt gyors m\u00f3dszerekkel is kieg\u00e9sz\u00edthetik.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Ide tartoznak a helysz\u00ednen keletkez\u0151 biocidok is, amelyekre a 1054\/2002. sz. kir\u00e1lyi rendelet \u00e1tmeneti szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1sa vonatkozik.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>A jelenlegi k\u00e9pz\u00e9si tan\u00fas\u00edtv\u00e1nyok \u00e9rv\u00e9nyess\u00e9ge az SCO\/317\/2003 rendelet \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben 5 \u00e9vvel meghosszabbodik (a k\u00e9pz\u00e9sek \u00faj kiad\u00e1sai enged\u00e9lyezettek). \u00daj k\u00e9pz\u00e9s a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra a Legionella-ra vonatkoz\u00f3 szakmai k\u00e9pes\u00edt\u00e9s szerint.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>15 l\u00e9tes\u00edtm\u00e9nyt \u00e9s kock\u00e1zati csoportot sorol fel.
