Az \u00faj 487\/2022 kir\u00e1lyi rendelettel (BOE-A-2022-10297) Spanyolorsz\u00e1g teljes m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben aktualiz\u00e1lja a megl\u00e9v\u0151 jogi keretet, hat\u00e1lyon k\u00edv\u00fcl helyezve a kor\u00e1bbi 865\/2003 kir\u00e1lyi rendeletet.<\/p><p>Ez az \u00faj kir\u00e1lyi rendelet jelent\u0151s v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1st jelent: jelent\u0151sen kiterjeszti az \u00e9rintett l\u00e9tes\u00edtm\u00e9nyek k\u00f6r\u00e9t, \u00e9s \u00faj szint\u0171 ellen\u0151rz\u00e9st, dokument\u00e1ci\u00f3t, szem\u00e9lyzeti k\u00e9pz\u00e9st \u00e9s folyamatos nyomon k\u00f6vet\u00e9st \u00edr el\u0151. A gyakorlatban ez arra k\u00f6telezi a szervezeteket, hogy a legionella-kock\u00e1zat kezel\u00e9se sor\u00e1n sokkal proakt\u00edvabb \u00e9s szisztematikusabb megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9st alkalmazzanak, \u00f6sszhangban a kock\u00e1zat\u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9s \u00e9s a folyamatos fejleszt\u00e9s elveivel.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section rendeletet a legionell\u00f3zis megel\u0151z\u00e9s\u00e9re \u00e9s ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s\u00e9re vonatkoz\u00f3 szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1s aktualiz\u00e1l\u00e1sa \u00e9s meger\u0151s\u00edt\u00e9se c\u00e9lj\u00e1b\u00f3l fogadt\u00e1k el, amely felv\u00e1ltja az elavult jogi keretet, \u00e9s azt a tudom\u00e1nyos fejl\u0151d\u00e9shez, a j\u00e1rv\u00e1nykit\u00f6r\u00e9sek sor\u00e1n szerzett tapasztalatokhoz, valamint az eur\u00f3pai \u00e9s az WHO aj\u00e1nl\u00e1saihoz igaz\u00edtva, a k\u00f6zeg\u00e9szs\u00e9g jobb v\u00e9delme Szakmai k\u00e9pes\u00edt\u00e9s a Legionella-bakt\u00e9riumok \u00e9s egy\u00e9b k\u00e1ros mikroorganizmusok elszaporod\u00e1s\u00e1ra hajlamos l\u00e9tes\u00edtm\u00e9nyek higi\u00e9niai \u00e9s eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi karbantart\u00e1s\u00e1ra, valamint azok aeroszolos terjed\u00e9s\u00e9nek megel\u0151z\u00e9s\u00e9re vonatkoz\u00f3an. Ez a k\u00e9pz\u00e9s elengedhetetlen mind a saj\u00e1t szem\u00e9lyzet, mind pedig a kezel\u00e9si program keret\u00e9ben tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9get v\u00e9gz\u0151 k\u00fcls\u0151 szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 v\u00e1llalatok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra.<\/li><li>3. szint. Technikai vezet\u0151v\u00e9 v\u00e1l\u00e1shoz sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges speci\u00e1lis k\u00e9pz\u00e9s.
