Il sito consisteva in un UF seguito da un RO. L'UF era composto da 5 treni con 32 moduli per ogni treno. La fonte di acqua di alimentazione era costituita da acque reflue industriali.<\/p>\n<p>Dopo diversi anni di funzionamento, l'UF ha mostrato un'efficienza operativa significativamente ridotta. Il cliente ha cercato di recuperare la permeabilit\u00e0 con ripetuti lavaggi con prodotti chimici generici, ma quando questi non hanno avuto successo, ha deciso di sostituire i moduli della membrana in due dei treni. Durante questo periodo, Kurita ha consigliato un'autopsia della membrana per determinare se i moduli rimanenti potessero essere salvati.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obiettivi<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identificare la causa principale del declino delle prestazioni della membrana UF attraverso un audit dettagliato del sistema e un'autopsia della membrana.<\/li>\n<li>Determinare la chimica di pulizia pi\u00f9 efficace per rimuovere le incrostazioni di ferro gravi e recuperare la permeabilit\u00e0 della membrana.<\/li>\n<li>Sviluppare e implementare una procedura di pulizia migliorata che ripristini l'efficienza a lungo termine del sistema UF.<\/li>\n<li>Migliorare le prestazioni operative riducendo i costi di sostituzione delle
