Nonostante l'applicazione continua di entrambi i biocidi, la raffineria ha dovuto affrontare sempre pi\u00f9 problemi microbiologici, tra cui conte batteriche totali elevate e superamenti significativi della legionella.<\/p><p>Nello stesso periodo, i sistemi di acqua di raffreddamento sono diventati soggetti alla conformit\u00e0 con la nuova ordinanza federale sul controllo delle immissioni (42.BlmSchV), aumentando la pressione normativa sul controllo della legionella. Sono stati quindi valutati e testati ulteriori approcci di trattamento per periodi prolungati; tuttavia, i problemi microbiologici persistevano. Il sistema \u00e8 costituito da due unit\u00e0 di torri di raffreddamento in parallelo (CT11-1 e CT11-2) che funzionano come sistema di ricircolo dell'acqua di raffreddamento in condizioni di servizio continuo.<\/p><p>La torre di raffreddamento \u00e8 progettata per funzionare tutto l'anno con prestazioni termiche stabili ed \u00e8 alimentata con acqua di reintegro per compensare l'evaporazione e il blowdown.<\/p><p>Il sistema funziona con un concetto di trattamento dell'acqua completamente organico e in condizioni che favoriscono la crescita microbiologica, come temperature operative elevate, circolazione continua e carico organico.<\/p><p>A causa di queste condizioni limite, la torre di raffreddamento 11 rappresenta un'applicazione esigente dal punto di vista microbiologico, che richiede un trattamento biocida robusto e affidabile per garantire il controllo a lungo termine della formazione di biofilm e della dettagliate dell'acqua e la valutazione dei dati del sistema. Tali picchi indicano condizioni microbiologiche instabili e un controllo a lungo termine insufficiente.<\/p><p>In seguito all'implementazione di Dilurit<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> BC S-System, le conte batteriche totali sono state significativamente ridotte, stabilizzandosi prevalentemente al di sotto di 1 \u00d7 10\u2075 CFU\/ml, con aumenti limitati e di breve durata.
