For our Technical & Marketing department we are looking for the following fulltime position:

Remote Monitoring Solutions Manager (m/f/d) in mobile working (EU)

Brief job description:

  • Responsibilities for customer relationship management, data analysis, product presentation, working on innovative AI platforms and products
  • Ensure smooth execution of projects from the technical point of view, from customer's data upload to generation of reports
  • Develop presentations on artificial intelligence and machine learning and explain how to utilize Fracta’s Machine Learning algorithms and their predictions
  • Listen closely to customer feedback, needs, and help to design Fracta’s product
  • Learn new technologies and apply them to find new value drivers for waterworks and other infrastructure companies

Technical requirements:

  • Completed studies and several years of professional longtime experience in engineering/ science/math or a related field
  • Experienced with a wide variety of analytics/data-driven software
  • Some understanding of ML/AI (conceptual level) and a desire to learn it further
  • Expertise in data analytics, processing, and transforming file formats
  • Fluent in writing and communicating in English, and Spanish/Italian
  • Multilingual skills such as French or German is a plus
  • Driving license “B”
  • MS Office skills

Preferred personal skills:

  • Knowledge of GIS principles, data, and software
  • Experience in the water industry or a related field
  • Strong awareness and confident appearance
  • Result-oriented approach
  • Team spirit & ability to work autonomously
  • High Integrity as well as hands-on mentality
  • Willingness for extensive travelling in area of responsibility
