F\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 det m\u00e5ste samh\u00e4llen skapa industrier som kan sl\u00e4ppa ut mindre och skapa ekosystem\/teknik som kan absorbera mer.<\/p><p>En starkt bidragande orsak till klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna \u00e4r utsl\u00e4ppen av v\u00e4xthusgaser (GHG). Ungef\u00e4r en fj\u00e4rdedel av detta st\u00e5r transportsektorn f\u00f6r (v\u00e4g- och flygtrafik), som \u00e4r starkt beroende av fossila br\u00e4nslen. EU:s transportsektor m\u00e5ste minska sina utsl\u00e4pp avsev\u00e4rt f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 koldioxidneutralitet. Detta kan endast uppn\u00e5s genom att bygga upp en h\u00e5llbar industri som tar h\u00e4nsyn till renare br\u00e4nslen och mobilitetsalternativ.
