Produktionen av dessa varor kr\u00e4ver energi och f\u00f6rorenar milj\u00f6n. Fram till f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan gjordes ofta inga st\u00f6rre anstr\u00e4ngningar f\u00f6r att minska utsl\u00e4ppen eftersom energikostnaderna f\u00f6r el eller gas var l\u00e5ga.<\/p><p>Denna situation har nu f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrats i grunden \u00f6ver hela v\u00e4rlden och tillverkningsf\u00f6retag letar efter s\u00e4tt och l\u00f6sningar f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 energi under produktionen s\u00e5 l\u00e5g som m\u00f6jligt. Begreppet \"koldioxidavtryck\" \u00e4r numera p\u00e5 allas l\u00e4ppar och har f\u00e5tt stor betydelse under de senaste \u00e5ren. Kunderna fr\u00e5gar om CO<sub>2<\/sub> fotavtryck fr\u00e5n kommersiella varor och produktionsf\u00f6retag utv\u00e4rderas i enlighet med detta. Avlagringarna kan inte alltid avl\u00e4gsnas snabbt, vilket ibland kr\u00e4ver omfattande reng\u00f6rings\u00e5tg\u00e4rder.<\/p><p>Det finns m\u00e5nga olika typer av avlagringar som oavsiktligt f\u00f6rs\u00e4mrar produktionsprestandan. Vanliga orsaker \u00e4r t.ex:<\/p><ul><li>Avlagringar av korrosionsprodukter<\/li><li>Agglomerering av f\u00f6reningar som inneh\u00e5ller kolv\u00e4ten<\/li><li>Saltavlagringar som \u00e4r sv\u00e5ra att f\u00e5 bort \u00e4ven med tv\u00e4ttvatten<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p>Nedsmutsning kan ofta f\u00f6rhindras eller \u00e5tminstone minskas avsev\u00e4rt genom att v\u00e4lja en l\u00e4mplig <strong>Antifouling-program<\/strong>. Redan bildade och deponerade ammoniumsalter, som f\u00f6rekommer i m\u00e5nga oljeraffinaderier, l\u00f6ses upp och avl\u00e4gsnas med produktstr\u00f6mmen genom att bilda flytande ACF-salter.<\/p><p>J\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med starka syror och deras ammoniumsalter har ACF-salter ett neutralt pH-v\u00e4rde och en mycket l\u00e5g korrosionspotential.
