Trots kontinuerlig anv\u00e4ndning av b\u00e5da biociderna upplevde raffinaderiet allt fler mikrobiologiska utmaningar, inklusive f\u00f6rh\u00f6jda totalantal bakterier och betydande legionella\u00f6verskridanden.<\/p><p>Under samma period blev kylvattensystemen f\u00f6rem\u00e5l f\u00f6r den nyligen implementerade 42:a federala immissionskontrollf\u00f6rordningen (42.BlmSchV), vilket \u00f6kade trycket fr\u00e5n myndigheterna n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller legionellakontroll. Ytterligare behandlingsmetoder utv\u00e4rderades och testades d\u00e4rf\u00f6r under l\u00e4ngre perioder, men de mikrobiologiska problemen kvarstod. Systemet best\u00e5r av tv\u00e5 parallella kyltornsenheter (CT11-1 och CT11-2) som drivs som ett recirkulerande kylvattensystem under kontinuerliga driftsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden.<\/p><p>Kyltornet \u00e4r konstruerat f\u00f6r drift \u00e5ret runt med stabil termisk prestanda och f\u00f6rses med tillskottsvatten f\u00f6r att kompensera f\u00f6r avdunstning och avbl\u00e5sning.<\/p><p>Systemet drivs med ett helt organiskt vattenreningskoncept och under f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden som fr\u00e4mjar mikrobiologisk tillv\u00e4xt, till exempel f\u00f6rh\u00f6jda driftstemperaturer, kontinuerlig cirkulation och organisk belastning.<\/p><p>P\u00e5 grund av dessa randvillkor \u00e4r kyltorn 11 en mikrobiologiskt kr\u00e4vande applikation, som kr\u00e4ver en robust och tillf\u00f6rlitlig biocidbehandling f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla l\u00e5ngsiktig kontroll av biofilmbildning och
