T\u00e1to vlhkos\u0165 sa mus\u00ed v nasleduj\u00facich procesoch (napr. vo vysok\u00fdch peciach alebo koks\u00e1r\u0148ach) odparova\u0165, \u010do m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledok tepeln\u00e9 straty a zv\u00fd\u0161enie celkov\u00fdch prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch n\u00e1kladov (TCO).<\/p><p>Penov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, ktor\u00e9 pomocou stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu a \u0161peci\u00e1lnych d\u00fdz vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa relat\u00edvne \u201csuch\u00fa\u201d penu, dok\u00e1\u017eu dosiahnu\u0165 podobn\u00e9 zn\u00ed\u017eenie pra\u0161nosti pri s\u00fa\u010dasnom minimalizovan\u00ed spotreby vody \u2013 a\u017e na \u00farove\u0148 0,1% (1000 ppm). Penov\u00e9 jednotky s\u00fa ide\u00e1lne v pr\u00edpadoch, ke\u010f proces alebo materi\u00e1l nezn\u00e1\u0161a nadmern\u00fa vlhkos\u0165, alebo ke\u010f je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 minimalizova\u0165 energetick\u00e9 straty.
