Pratikte, lejyoner riskinin de\u011ferlendirilmesinde ve s\u00fcrekli iyile\u015ftirme prensiplerine uygun olarak, kurumlar\u0131n \u00e7ok daha proaktif ve sistematik bir yakla\u015f\u0131m benimsemelerini zorunlu k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section Ger\u00e7ek Karar, lejyonelozun yay\u0131lmas\u0131 ve kontrol\u00fcne ili\u015fkin normlar\u0131 g\u00fcncelle\u015ftirmek ve yeniden d\u00fczenlemek, eskimi\u015f bir yasal \u00e7er\u00e7eveyi korumak ve bilimsel geli\u015fmelere, brotlarda edinilen deneyimlere ve Avrupa ve OMS'nin tavsiyelerine uyarlayarak halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 daha iyi korumak amac\u0131yla onaylanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section de\u00a0<em>Lejyonella<\/em>, Bu da y\u00fcksek ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck riskler aras\u0131ndaki fark\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p>Uygulama alan\u0131nda yer alan tesis tipleri art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve lejyonele kar\u015f\u0131 riske a\u00e7\u0131k toplam 15 sistem dahil edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section la\u00a0<em>Lejyonella<\/em>)<\/strong>: Daha kapsaml\u0131 ve risk de\u011ferlendirmesine dayal\u0131 plan, \u00f6zellikle kritik yap\u0131lar ve tesisler i\u00e7in tavsiye edilir.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element Legionella ve di\u011fer zararl\u0131 organizmalar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131na ve aerosolizasyon yoluyla yay\u0131lmas\u0131na duyarl\u0131 tesislerin higi\u00e9nico-sanitaryo bak\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin mesleki yeterlilik. Bu formasyon, tedavi program\u0131ndaki faaliyetlerini sonland\u0131ran ki\u015fisel veya \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fah\u0131slara hizmet veren bir \u015firket i\u00e7in gereklidir.<\/li><li>3. Seviye. Sorumlu teknik personel olmak i\u00e7in \u00f6zel formasyon.
