Her iki biyositin de s\u00fcrekli uygulanmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen rafineri, y\u00fcksek toplam bakteri say\u0131lar\u0131 ve \u00f6nemli Lejyonella a\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 dahil olmak \u00fczere giderek artan mikrobiyolojik zorluklarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p><p>Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde so\u011futma suyu sistemleri yeni uygulamaya konulan 42. Federal Emisyon Kontrol Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine (42.BlmSchV) uyuma tabi hale gelmi\u015f ve Legionella kontrol\u00fcne ili\u015fkin d\u00fczenleyici bask\u0131 artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu nedenle ek ar\u0131tma yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirildi ve uzun s\u00fcreler boyunca test edildi; ancak mikrobiyolojik sorunlar devam etti. Sistem, s\u00fcrekli hizmet ko\u015fullar\u0131 alt\u0131nda devridaim so\u011futma suyu sistemi olarak i\u015fletilen iki paralel so\u011futma kulesi \u00fcnitesinden (CT11-1 ve CT11-2) olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p>So\u011futma kulesi, istikrarl\u0131 termal performansla y\u0131l boyunca \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak \u015fekilde tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve buharla\u015fma ve bl\u00f6f\u00fc telafi etmek i\u00e7in tamamlama suyu ile beslenir.<\/p><p>Sistem tamamen organik bir su ar\u0131tma konsepti kullan\u0131larak ve y\u00fcksek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131, s\u00fcrekli sirk\u00fclasyon ve organik y\u00fck gibi mikrobiyolojik b\u00fcy\u00fcmeyi te\u015fvik eden ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p><p>Bu s\u0131n\u0131r ko\u015fullar\u0131 nedeniyle, So\u011futma Kulesi 11 mikrobiyolojik a\u00e7\u0131dan zorlu bir uygulamay\u0131 temsil eder ve biyofilm olu\u015fumu ve Lejyonella'n\u0131n uzun vadeli kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in sa\u011flam ve g\u00fcvenilir bir biyosit i\u015flemi
