S.sensing® LeG automates the sampling, on-line monitoring and detection processes for pathogens, it significantly shortens contamination detection times and allows fast corrective actions leveraging the overall safety.

As well as increasing efficiency, the LeG reduces costs of existing legionella risk management and treatment procedures by helping prioritise trouble spots for intervention.

The system is connected to MyKuritaPortal, our cloud-based monitoring and alert system, enabling immediate and targeted intervention.

How it works?

S.sensing® LeG has been engineered to periodically draw a sample of ambient air into the accompanying cartridge. Within the cartridge, Legionella bacteria have time to settle on the nutrient-rich and environmentally controlled detection site.
Optical light scattering measurements on growth facilitation media determine if microbial contamination is present.
