Dust suppression during stockpiling and reclaiming/loading
Background
During production of sulphur granules dust emissions are reported, resulting in agglomeration and clogging. Fast reaction time and efficient dust knockdown are required, while granular form and product specification of sulphur have to be maintained.
Objectives
- Maintain the granular form and specification of sulphur
- Product compatibility at 65°C granule temperature
- Dust suppression with efficient dust knockdown during transportation
- Avoid crust formation on the piles
