Dust suppression application of fly ash

Background

Coal-fired power plants burn coal to make steam to generate electricity. Incineration produces coal fly ash, which must be removed and collected elsewhere. Strong winds can carry the fly ash away and release it into the environment, which must be avoided at all costs.
