Colloidal and particulate fouling is among the most common causes of performance losses in reverse osmosis systems. The consequences include decreasing throughput, rising operating costs, and a significantly reduced membrane lifetime. RO‑Quest™ addresses exactly these issues—elevating your pre‑filtration to a new level of performance.
 
Conventional multi‑media filters typically remove only 30–50% of colloids from the feedwater. This is often not sufficient to reliably protect the sensitive RO membrane. The use of traditional coagulants can improve filtration efficiency—but carries the risk of permanently damaging the membrane if these substances enter the RO feedwater.
 
RO‑Quest™ has been specifically developed to maximize filtration performance—without negative effects on the membrane. Our technology combines highly effective, membrane‑compatible coagulants that:
  • drastically increase filtration efficiency,
  • significantly reduce turbidity, colloids, and humic substances,
  • and deliver RO‑feed‑quality in multimedia and sand filters.
